I don’t have a pet, what else are you planning?

Plenty!

Launching Huply is the biggest request from our BackThen families, because BackThen is focused on children, and while pets are a big part of their families it doesn't feel suitable to create a pet timeline there.

And we agree - with Huply we're able to design everything around your pets, and add specific features (such as veterinary details and medical records and reminders) that make more sense in a pet product.

But, don't worry - we have SO much planned for BackThen, starting with our next two most requested features - web upload, and print.

Web Upload - we're working on this right now, so that all users across all platforms have the same ability to add their memories, no matter what. We'll let you know when this is ready to go.

Print - while we know that many (us included) wanted print to be launched in 2022, what is even more important to us is the quality of the products we can offer you - there's nothing worse than excitedly awaiting your delivery of prints only to find they aren't as crisp and beautiful as they should be.

Rushing this out with the wrong partner would have resulted in disappointment, and we're not prepared to compromise on quality - and the options available to us this year were not good enough.

But rest assured, this WILL come in 2023, and we couldn't be more excited to show you what we're working on!

Other - there's so many other improvements you've asked for, and that our team have come up with, and we can't wait to bring you these too. Look out for much more in the coming months!
